Apartment rules
- It is totally forbidden to have any parties in any of the apartments and/or villas
- If you are travelling with babies, a Baby Cot will be available as long as you previously check for availability
- Pets are only allowed if specific permission is asked for
- The apartment must be clean before the arrival of each guest. Before your departure, the client must leave the apartment in perfect conditions, having thrown the garbage correctly and tidied the apartment. If not, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
- The number of people that can use the apartment must not exceed the number of people assigned for each apartment, except for children under 2 years old.
- Having signed the check-in contract, the client must have a correct and decent behavior as well as the rest of the guests.
Deposit
- The guarantee deposit covers any noise or annoyance that you may cause in the neighborhood, especially at night time or hours of rest. It costs 150€ which will be paid at check in.
Special check in and out times
- Check in (only in Palma) after 20h has an extra cost of 15€
