Neighborhood

Located in the heart of the historic center of Rome, in the Trastevere neighborhood. The subway station is a 10 minute walk. From Trastevere Station you can get directly to the Vatican City and the International Airport of Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci. The apartment is well connected to the city airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and the main train stations in Rome.

Apartment rules

  • It is not permitted to smoke in the apartment or anywhere in the building.
  • To provide the best price, customers can bring their own bedding, as you will not be charged for them after your stay at the apartment.
  • Baby cot (less than 2 yo) to be reserved upon booking. Please note that I do not provide linen, blankets or pillows for the baby cot.
  • Between the hours of 10:00 pm and 9:00 am neighbors have the right to call the police for any excessive noise.
  • Clients are not allowed to have a party in the apartment. If they decide to host a loud party they will surely have a big problem.
  • Landlords have the right in Italy to come unannounced and check on apartments. Clients are comparable to being a guest in someone's home. They have the right to enter if they want to show the apartment off to future tenants, check on damages, remove replace furniture, and make sure no one is staying at the house.
  • The final cleaning will be made by owner and paid by the client. The cleaning fee does not include stoves and dishes. Client must also leave the apartment in good cleaning conditions and must throw the garbage away. If he fails to do that he will be charged for an extra cleaning fee (10€ minimum fee).

Check in

  • Check in service with apartment, surroundings and city explanations (between 4pm and 8pm, to be agreed at least 3 days prior to the arrival date. After 8pm will be charged 30€ late arrival fee)
  • Check out service and security deposit refund (between 8am and 10 am to be agreed at check in. Before 8 am will be charged 30€ early check out fee).
  • At check-in you must give passports or ID photocopies of all adult staying in the apartment.
  • At check-in you should pay for your whole stay in cash (apartment rent, deposit and the tourist tax). In case you would like to pay with a card, you should request this before your arrival.
  • To confirm the exact time of check-in and to avoid unnecessary delays you should call the contact person when you are at the airport or at least 20 miles away from the city.

Deposit
The deposit covers and ensures that noise will be kept to a minimum in the apartment, especially at night in order not to disturb the neighbors

Extras

  • Unless otherwise specified in the offer, the provision of linen (sheets, towels, tea cloth and bath mat) is not included in the rental rate and will be charged separately, or you can bring your own linen and towels to avoid having to pay this cost. Guest is required to book this service at least 3 days prior to the arrival date, specifying number of people and bedding configuration (which bed and if in double or single bed configuration).
  • Car transfer to/from airport/stations (15€ per person, 60€ minimum charge)
  • WiFi Internet connection: 3€ per apartment per day. In some apartment this service need to be reserved upon booking and is limited to 1 GB in quantity. Please refer to booking detail.

Inventory

  • 1 shower towel + 1 hand towel per person in the rental agreement.
  • Bed sheets/covers appropriate as to the rental agreement.
  • Hangers in the closets - adequate for full occupancy of the apartment.
  • Sufficient plates and cutlery - adequate for full occupancy of the apartment.
  • Toilet paper.
  • Hand soap in the bathroom.
  • Washing up liquid.
  • Shower gel and shampoo.
  • Washing machine and dishwasher soap
  • No food.
  • No drinks.
