Description

Great 2 bedroom apartment which can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably distributed in two separate bedrooms; one double bedroom and another twin bedroom, both with wardrobes to keep your entire luggage. You will have a fully equipped bathroom for your comfort. The living and dining area is complete with a television and DVD player as well as seating at the dining table for 4. The kitchen is separate and has appliances such as an electric oven, electric hob, fridge, and a small utility room where you’ll find the washing machine.

The apartment has a lift and is only 50 meters away from the beach.

Neighborhood

You will be in the center of Puerto Pollença, close to Llenaire beach. If you get the main road you will be able to get to Alcudia, Pollença and Sa Pobla. It is close to the Pollença bay and Alcúdia’s old town.

Special conditions

Apartment rules

•  It is totally forbidden to have any parties in any of the apartments and/or villas
• If you are travelling with babies, a Baby Cot will be available as long as you previously check for availability
• Pets are only allowed if specific permission is asked for
• The apartment must be clean before the arrival of each guest. Before your departure, the client must leave the apartment in perfect conditions, having thrown the garbage correctly and tidied the apartment. If not, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
• The number of people that can use the apartment must not exceed the number of people assigned for each apartment, except for children under 2 years old.
• Having signed the check-in contract, the client must have a correct and decent behavior as well as the rest of the guests.

Deposit

•  The guarantee deposit covers any noise or annoyance that you may cause in the neighborhood, especially at night time or hours of rest. It costs 150€ which will be paid at check in.

Special check in and out times

• Check in (only in Palma) after 20h has an extra cost of 15€
