Apartment rules

• It is not permitted to smoke in the apartment or anywhere in the building.
• If you travel with a baby we can provide a baby cot (crib). Please inform us in advance so that we can check the availability and price.
• Pets are permitted on request.

Check in

• At check-in you must give passports or  ID photocopies of all adult staying in the apartment.
• At check-in you should pay for your whole stay in cash (apartment rent, deposit and  the tourist tax). In case you would like to pay with a card, you should request this before your arrival.
• To confirm the exact time of check-in and to avoid unnecessary delays you should call the contact person when you are at the airport or at least 20 miles away from the city.

Deposit

• The deposit covers and ensures that noise will be kept to a minimum in the apartment, especially at night in order not to disturb the neighbors

Late check-in or check out

• The schedule to check-in and out is from 08:00 am. till 08:00 pm. There are extra charges for checking in or  out  later:
