Description

This beautiful traditional Villa is located in Haria, in an estate with an outdoor swimming pool and beautiful gardens.  The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed with an en suite bathroom, whilst the other two bedrooms both have two twin beds. The second bathroom has a bath and shower and towels for all guests as well as storage space.

The living room is wide and bright. It has a TV, sofas and auxiliary table. The kitchen also has a fair size and is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need to cook. There is also a table and chairs. Outdoors, there is a private terrace with table and chairs to take advantage of the good weather and incredible gardens. You will also have the chance to use free WiFi, and a parking space.

Neighborhood

The house is surrounded by beautiful tropical palm trees and just minutes away from the village of Haria, where you'll be able to find many grocery shops, hand-made gifts and plenty of restaurants. We can also arrange a sail boat for rent so you can discover the south of the Volcano Island whilst enjoying a nice glass of champagne. The apartment is also a short walk away from the Garita beach, the perfect place to swim in the clear tropical sea. You'll also be able to visit the Jameos del Agua underground lagoon, home to the blind albino crabs and beautiful hanging tropical gardens.

•  It is totally forbidden to have any parties in any of the apartments and/or villas
• If you are travelling with babies, a Baby Cot will be available as long as you previously check for availability
• No pets allowed

• Check in at 14.00
• Check out at 11.00
• All costs must be paid in cash at check in (rental, deposit and Tourist Fee)

Deposit

•  The guarantee deposit covers any noise or annoyance that you may cause in the neighborhood , especially at night time or hours of rest. It costs 150€ which will be paid at check in.
