ONLINE BOOKING TERMS

One Holiday Rentals provides a selection of holiday accommodations to its customers. Also tourist information and tips about the destinations offered. One Holiday Rentals always offers the best price to your customers and never applies extra charges not previously described above. Below are the general conditions by which the company work.

Some properties have established special conditions of renting that the guest should take into consideration by the time of the booking. You can verify such conditions on each apartment´s own section.



Reservation Process

To book an accommodation, the customer must prepay a percentage of the total amount of the stay by debit or credit card. At the moment One Holiday Rentals receives a payment, a confirmation will be automatically sent by e-mail with the details of the contract. The amount paid will not be refunded in case of cancellation. Cancellations shall always be considered non-refundable.

Booking Confirmation

Once One Holiday Rentals has received confirmation of booking prepayment, we will send a confirmation email, in which all necessary information will be detailed. This email includes the fee that customer must pay on arrival at the accommodation as well as the address. It also properly indicates the owner´s name, phone number, and email address for check-in. If you don’t receive this email 24 hours after making the booking prepayment, you must contact us at the email bookings@oneholidayrentals.com indicating the email provided for reservation, the date of your stay and the amount paid.

Check-in

In the confirmation email you are given the details of the person responsible for accommodation. Guests must contact the owner or person in charge of housing, preferably by email, with a minimum of five days in advance to confirm their arrival. You are asked about your estimated time of arrival and will advise on the best way to arrive to get to the accommodation or to the place chosen for check-in.

The check-in is made between 3pm. and 8pm. The check-in may be done earlier if accommodation is available, in consultation with the owner or person in charge of check-in. For check-ins outside the fixed hours, an extra fee will be charged. Information on these issues can be found in the Special Conditions of accommodations and are beyond the responsibility of One Holiday Rentals.

The customer must bring the following documents to be presented at check-in:
• Confirmation email printed on paper or or available on the mobile phone.
• Photocopy of your ID or passport.
• The rest of the money that should be paid and is also indicated in the confirmation email. If you have no other form of payment agreed previously, this amount must be paid in cash.
• Damage deposit, which will be refunded upon departure if no damage is caused to the apartment.
Upon the check in keys will be handed and also if necessary, the precise directions to the accommodation will be given. You must inform the owner of any problems detected in the accommodation during or after your stay.

Departure (check-out)

On departure day you must leave the accommodation before 11:00. If requested a late checkout and is accepted by the owner, you will be able to stay longer, paying the agreed price. Check outs after 6 pm will be charged as an extra night.

The customer will be informed in the check- in about the steps to follow for doing check-out. Each owner may charge extra fees for after-hours checkouts depending on the particular terms set out in the detailed information on each property.

Damage Deposit

In order to hire a rental accommodation, the customer must pay a damage deposit that covers any potential costs both as a nuisance to neighbours or delivery of an excessively dirty property.

You can see the amount of the deposit in the detailed information of each property and is always noted at the time you make your reservation in the confirmation e-mail.

The owner will return the deposit after checking that the property is in the same conditions in which it was found. For rentals over 30 days the owner shall have a period of 30 days for deduction.

Changes and Cancelations

It allows you to change the dates of your reservation depending on the availability of apartment with a minimum of 30 days in advance. When you make a change, You must keep in mind that apartment prices may vary from one data to another.

If you want to increase the number of nights of your stay, you can do if the apartment is available. In this case you will be charged the appropriate rate for each of the new nights. If you want to reduce the number of nights, you can do it but the amount of the contract shall not be less than the initial.

The owner will return the deposit after checking that the property is in the same conditions in which it was found. For rentals over 30 days the owner shall have a period of 30 days for deduction.

You can also cancel your reservation provided that you do it 30 days in advance. In case you decide to do it, you will not be entitled to a refund of prepaid guaranteeing your reservation. In case you do not arrive on the appointed day of arrival, you will be charged for 50% fee of your stay based on the card used for booking.

In cases of force majeure, when the use of the property is not possible for the dates indicated due to unexpected breakdowns as water leaks, Property renovation work etc. One Holiday Rentals will offer the client a similar accommodation to the one booked. The customer can accept the change or cancel the reservation. In this case One Holiday Rentals refunds the total amount paid. One Holiday Rentals does not take responsibility for subsequent claims in this regard.

All cancellations and proposed changes must be communicated in writing by sending an email to bookings@oneholidayrentals.com. The policy of changes and cancellation are always applicable unless that it is different from what is indicated in the special conditions of the housing itself.

The number of people

The number of people in an accommodation should match the number you indicated at the time of your reservation. Once you confirmed it, you can increase the number of people in the case that the apartment capacity allows it. This can increase the total price of your stay. In the case that the number of people decreases, the price will be the same as originally agreed.

In no case a higher number of people more than that indicated in the contract are allowed. In this case, no party or meeting is allowed. If we detect any breach of this stipulation, we reserve the right to terminate the contract.

Rules of behavior

Neither pets nor smoking are allowed in our apartments unless otherwise is indicated in the particular conditions. In this case, the non-compliance could lead to a total or partial loss of the deposit.

Our apartments, as a part of a residential complex, usually have established rules of living with other people and regulations of mandatory civility.  It is specifically prohibited the disturbance to the other neighbors. You must respect the rules of each community and do not make noises that disturb the other neighbors after 10 pm.

In such cases we reserve the right to leave the apartment and no deposit will be returned.

Cleaning

You must return the apartment in the same clean condition in which you found it, considering its normal and acceptable use. Delivery of an excessively dirty accommodation can lead to a deduction in the amount of the deposit.

In this sense you cannot leave and accumulate garbage inside the apartment, balconies or terraces. Garbage bags must be deposited periodically in municipal waste containers you will find on the street.

Furniture and equipment

You should agree to make a rational and correct use of the furniture and equipment of your apartment. It is strictly forbidden to transfer the furniture from its original location or use it outdoor.

Problems during your stay

If you detect any problems on your arrival to the apartment or during your stay, you should contact the correspondent person as soon as possible in order to find a solution. If the problem persists should contact One Holiday Rentals in bookings@oneholidayrentals.com email address. The company will try to mediate between the client and the owner to resolve the dispute as quickly as possible but will not be responsible in any way for the disadvantages of the problem.

Supplies

The supplies of water, gas, electricity are included in the price unless otherwise stated in the special conditions of the apartment. In this case it will be paid after the stay according to the particular conditions stipulated.

Personal belongings

One Holiday Rentals accepts no responsibility for any personal loss, damage or robbery of the customers ‘belongings put in the apartments. With this regard, we remind you to check the electricity voltage before properly.

It is the responsibility of the customers to close both apartment doors and windows tightly and take the proper safety precautions.
